About Us:

Tiny Tusks Dental is a modern, child-focused dental clinic dedicated to creating a warm, inviting, and fun environment for children and families. Our team is passionate about gentle care, trust-building with young patients, and helping kids feel confident about their dental health from the very start. As we grow, we're looking for a Resident Dentist who is compassionate, energetic, and excited to work in a pediatric-friendly space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric and family patients.
  • Perform oral exams, preventive treatments, restorations, extractions, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with children, parents, and caregivers.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and dental care best practices.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and personalized care.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical protocols.
  • Uphold the values of a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent; MDS (Pedodontics) is a bonus.
  • Valid dental registration/license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and families.
  • A calm, kind, and confident presence—especially with anxious young patients.
  • Willingness to grow and learn with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work with digital dental records and appointment systems.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

  • Experience in a pediatric dental setting or training in child behavior management.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Interest in community outreach and preventive oral health education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Korattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Language:

  • Tamil, English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Dental council registration (Required)
