Job Description

As a Ticketing Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, and Rescheduling. Your role will involve coordinating efficiently with both the airline representatives and customers via phone and email. A crucial aspect of this position will be to drive revenue generation for the company. To excel in this role, you must possess good geographical knowledge, including familiarity with city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both Domestic and International Ticketing. A stable work background is preferred, along with proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. This position requires a high level of dedication as you should be willing to work on a 24x7 basis. The ability to work effectively under pressure is essential for success in this role. Proficiency in using GDS Galileo is a must.
