You will be responsible for handling reservations through various channels such as calls, emails, and online platforms. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will promote the villa through online platforms and social media to attract more guests. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest queries in a timely manner will be crucial. You will also be expected to prepare reports on sales and booking trends to help us make informed decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in sales and reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
