Ph.D. Openings at the Department of Physics,

Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai.

Applications are invited for Full-time and Part-time Ph.D. positions under my supervision in the Department of Physics, Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennai.

The Ph.D. registration will be through Anna University, Chennai.

A monthly institutional stipend of ₹20,000 will be provided to Full-time research scholars.

Research Areas:

Transport Properties of oxide semiconductors                                                     

Semiconductor Thin Films.

Master Degree in Physics, Materials Sciences or Applied Sciences
