Position: Research & Product Development Executive
Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Nutraceuticals
• Botany
• Ayurveda
• Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on herbs and Ayurvedic formulations.
• Assist in new nutraceutical product development and formulation trials.
• Perform market analysis to identify product trends and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate research documentation and ensure quality & regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of herbal medicine, Ayurveda, and nutraceutical science.
• Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Passion for innovation and evidence-based natural health solutions.
