Research-Focused Agentic AI Developer

Role Overview: As a Research-Focused Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in agentic AI for semiconductor design. Your role will involve developing novel multi-agent architectures using LangGraph and advanced frameworks, creating innovative MCP server implementations for next-generation tool integration, and researching and implementing state-of-the-art LLM architectures for design-specific tasks. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing sophisticated AI assistant systems with advanced reasoning capabilities, creating innovative training methodologies for technical domains, collaborating with academic institutions and research communities, prototyping next-generation agentic AI-enabled design tools, and maintaining exemplary GitHub repositories showcasing research outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cutting-edge research in agentic AI for semiconductor design - Develop novel multi-agent architectures using LangGraph and advanced frameworks - Create innovative MCP server implementations for next-generation tool integration - Research and implement state-of-the-art LLM architectures for design-specific tasks - Develop sophisticated AI assistant systems with advanced reasoning capabilities - Create innovative training methodologies for technical domains - Collaborate with academic institutions and research communities - Prototype next-generation agentic AI-enabled design tools - Maintain exemplary GitHub repositories showcasing research outputs Qualifications Required: - MS/PhD in a relevant field with a strong research background - Proven expertise through substantial GitHub AI/ML projects - Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or strong open-source contributions - Experience with novel agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems - Advanced knowledge of cutting-edge LangGraph implementations and extensions - Experience in research on agent-to-agent communication and coordination - Ability to develop custom frameworks for specialized applications - Proficiency in Transformer architectures and LLM development from scratch,
