Stipend:

• First month – Training phase (no stipend)
• From second month – ₹5,000 to ₹20,000/month based on performance

About the Role

Aeron Digital Solutions is looking for a full-time on-site R&D Intern to support product research, process documentation, and innovation tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn and grow in a startup environment. We’ll provide training and mentorship from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research on tools, platforms, trends, and competitors
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and internal SOPs
• Explore solutions for product ideas and internal improvements
• Collaborate closely with the founder and core team

Who Can Apply

• Recent graduates or entry-level candidates from any field
• Must be available full-time on-site in Noida
• Curious mindset, strong internet research skills, and basic English communication
