Research & Data Entry Executive

As an Internet Research & Data Entry Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in gathering specific information from the internet promptly and accurately based on client requirements. Your responsibilities will include verifying and recording data according to client guidelines, conducting high-volume data entry using various computer software, ensuring data integrity, identifying and resolving errors, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to quality and productivity standards set by the department. Key Responsibilities: - Browse the internet to search for specific information requested by clients - Verify and log receipt of data as per client's instructions - Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer tools - Ensure data integrity by comparing it to the source data - Review data for errors, missing information, and discrepancies - Maintain a filing system and safeguard confidential customer information - Perform regular backups to preserve data - Uphold a satisfactory level of quality and productivity Qualifications: - Excellent attention to detail - Effective multitasking abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Capability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy - Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision - Willingness to learn new tools and enhance skills While a graduation degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in data entry or relevant training, type a minimum of 30 words per minute, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Docs.
