Research Associate (GTC Hyderabad) Internship

As an intern at the company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Supporting technical services relevant to the pharma team. - Conducting literature searches for new products and technologies to initiate projects aligned with Croda Pharma's business strategy. - Designing and performing experiments as required, including data compilation, analysis, and drawing conclusions. - Assisting in the development and characterization of SEEDS/SME DDS, injectables, topical, nasal, and ophthalmic formulations. - Demonstrating basic understanding and hands-on experience with HPLC and Zeta sizer. - Writing reports upon project completion, reviewing results, and investigating issues by collecting and analyzing data. - Maintaining safety standards at GTC as per Croda's guidelines, ensuring all laboratory activities comply with statutory, group, and legislative requirements. - Coordinating with engineering, purchase teams, and lessors for daily support and maintenance activities at GTC.
