Preferred Qualifications:- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.- Professional qualifications such as a CA or an MBA from a Tier-1 institution; CFA progression is advantageous but not mandatory.- Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in any field outside equity research (comprehensive training in research methodologies will be provided).- An analytically rigorous mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a keen interest in global macroeconomic and sector trends.
