Role Overview: You will be working as a Research Assistant (RA) for a duration of 12 months starting from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute towards meeting the project objective which involves understanding the complexities, challenges, and decision-making processes of students" Interdisciplinary Education journeys related to personalized end-of-graduation goals. This will require collaboration with various stakeholders such as students, teachers, curriculum designers, admissions officers, career development center officers, and institutional leaders. Additionally, you will be involved in gathering the initial dataset for the development of the SIJMS framework.
