What You Bring to the Table:

1–3 years of proven experience in market research, business analysis, investment advisory, or real estate intelligence.
A strong analytical mindset coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated experience in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate complex data effectively.
Comfort and agility in working with diverse data sources and extracting meaningful insights from ambiguous information.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities – you can translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives.
A genuine passion for the real estate industry, particularly within residential and lifestyle-focused developments.
