Research Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis across global commodities, futures, and equities markets.
  
• Collect and organize data from multiple financial sources, including CME, CBOT, Euronext, and SGX.
  
• Track daily and weekly price trends, macroeconomic indicators, and export/import data.
  
• Support the preparation of detailed market reports and presentations for trading decisions.
  
• Assist in identifying trading opportunities using both fundamental and technical insights.
  
• Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret price movements and build research frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Graduate in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA or PG preferred).
• Strong interest and

  market exposure

  to global commodities, futures, or financial markets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn data tools like Python, TradingView, or TT.
  
• Good analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay updated with market developments.
