Job Description DB2 Architecture & Administration : Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing IBM DB2 LUW environments across multiple OS platforms. Performance Tuning & Optimization : Proficiency in database performance tuning, query optimization and troubleshooting complex issues. Security & Auditing : Experience in implementing database security, audits, and compliance measures. Upgrades & Patching : Skilled in planning and executing DB2 upgrades, patch management, and applying fixes. Replication & CDC : Nice to have experience in DB2 replication process (including IBM CDC) across diverse environments and platforms. Scripting & Automation : Proficient in automation using shell scripts, Python, or other scripting languages. Change Management & Communication : Strong knowledge of ITIL change management processes, with excellent communication skills and experience working in MNC environments.
