Job Profile : Supervisor/Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor timely vehicle delivery.
• Ensure quality repair, washing, and final inspection before delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
• Coordinate with parts and service advisors for job completion.
• Monitor technician productivity and training needs.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and job card closure.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce repeat complaints.
• Report daily service performance to the Service Manager.

Salary: 15000-18000

Location: Saptasati Mandir,Palasuni,Bhubaneswar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
