The IT candidate will be responsible for network administration, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include maintaining and configuring network systems, monitoring network performance, implementing security measures, and assisting users with IT-related problems. Qualifications Network Administration and Network Security skills Experience in Information Technology and troubleshooting technical issues Strong customer service skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and other departments Experience with relevant software and hardware tools Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus Show more Show less
