JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Sourcing and Screening:
Identifying potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, and professional networks; reviewing resumes and applications; and filtering candidates to find those who meet the job requirements. Interviewing:Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and ensure the final selection aligns with their expectations. Offer Management:Coordinating with hiring managers and other HR staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, and negotiating job offers. Recruitment Strategy:Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and build a strong employer brand. Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and applicant tracking system data. Analytics and Reporting:Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and ensure effective recruitment practices. Onboarding:Assisting new hires with the onboarding process and ensuring they are properly integrated into the organization
