Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Attendance, Payrolls and leaves of the staff.
• Handling staff Personnel Matters like staff recruitments, appraisals, disciplinary actions etc.
• Liaisons with EPF & ESI organizations.
• Making & implementation of HR Policies
• Maintenance of Admission Register & other registers related to students.
• To attend the student related matters like issue of bonafide certificates, TCs & other certificates.
• Authorized to sign student bonafide Certificates.
• To prepare the office Notes & put up to the management for approvals.
• Preparation of Agenda & Minutes of the meetings of Governing Body/Academic Committee
• To Develop & to Maintain ERP System
• To attended the admissions related works.
• General Correspondence.
• Hospitality to guests & visitors.
• Conduct of various competitive / entrance examinations of outside agencies.
• Liaison works of AICTE/Universities/NAAC/NBA/ESI/PF etc.
• To attend the inspection works by the AICTE / NBA/University.
• Overall supervision of administrative activities.
