Position : Biker (Medicine Delivery)

Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Profile:-

To ensure timely and safe delivery of medicines and healthcare products to customers and Store to Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up medicines and packages from the pharmacy or hub and deliver them to the customer as per assigned routes.

• Ensure correct medicines and quantities are delivered as per the invoice/prescription.

• Collect cash or confirm digital payments from customers.

• Maintain daily delivery records and update delivery status in the system/app.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer service protocols.

• Handle products with care, especially temperature-sensitive medicines.

• Report any customer feedback, complaints, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper documentation (invoice, delivery slip, customer sign-off) is maintained.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  Minimum 10th pass (preferred)

• License:

  Valid two-wheeler driving license

• Vehicle:

  Own two-wheeler preferred (with proper documentation)

Work Conditions:

• Working Hours:

  9 hours/day (rotational shifts may apply)

• Working Days:

  6 days/week
