Job Opening: Reporting Role

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Are you strong in reporting, analytics, and forecasting?

Were looking for a talented professional with excellent communication and analytical skills to join our team in a Material Price Forecasting Reporting role.

Role Summary

You will handle endtoend material price forecasting, collaborate with procurement and finance teams, analyze price fluctuations, and present meaningful insights that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain material price forecast reports using Excel, SAPintegrated tools, and forecasting platforms.
Perform scenario modeling, whatif analysis, and variance analysis.
Conduct sensitivity analysis on demand and cost assumptions.
Work with Procurement, Finance, and Data Excellence teams to collect and validate data.
Analyze the impact of price changes on budgets, procurement costs, and supply chain planning.
Identify data discrepancies and take proactive steps to improve forecasting accuracy.
Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Core Technical Skills

Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, complex formulas, detailed data analysis.
Experience with Anaplan, BPC HANA, or similar forecasting platforms.
Familiarity with SAP-based forecasting workflows.

Analytical Skills

Scenario modeling & accurate whatif simulations.
Variance & sensitivity analysis expertise.
Strong numerical and analytical mindset.

Domain Knowledge

Understanding of supply chain & procurement processes.
Knowledge of raw material price drivers and financial implications.
