About the Role:

Data Analyst Reporting & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis, data mining, and data formatting for periodic reports.
Generate and distribute management reports accurately and on time.
Collate data from primary and secondary sources for reporting.
Develop and implement data analyses that optimize efficiency and quality of reports.
Create standard and ad-hoc reports as per business requirements.
Track and monitor report utilization to maintain repository of standard reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) for reporting needs.
Support audits and data quality initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in
SQL
and Oracle databases (11g/12c).
Hands-on experience with
Siebel CRM
and
Freshworks CRM
.
Knowledge of ETL tools (Talend Open Studio preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and reporting concepts.
Good understanding of data modeling and analytics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, and CRM systems.
