Report Typist

As a diligent professional, you will be responsible for preparing reports by meticulously verifying the documents and site notes provided by the site inspector. Your key task will involve the preparation of 3 detailed reports every day. You will also play a crucial role in validating the encumbrance certificate and revenue details, as well as printing out annexures. Ensuring the authenticity of land and building approvals will be part of your routine, along with identifying properties using the land-use maps of CMDA & DTCP. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the correct format and preparing reports accurately. In case of any discrepancies found in a property, you will be required to provide a comprehensive explanation of the issue. This role requires full-time commitment and is open to freshers.
