Repair & Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
• Ensure timely repair & breakdown management with minimum downtime.
• Supervise workshop operations, mechanics, electricians, and helpers.
• Control spare parts, tyre usage, and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEM service centers, and local garages.
• Maintain service records, fitness/Pollution compliance, and insurance repair documentation.
• Monitor tyre rotation, retreading, scrap analysis, and misuse cases.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on breakdowns, R&M cost, tyre consumption, and vehicle uptime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
