Key Responsibilities:

• To diagnose faults and identify issues in Electronics rectifiers and PCAs including power failures, output irregularities and components damage.
• To perform component level repairs such as Diode / Mosfet etc. replacements in case of failures and control board troubleshooting.
• Perform fault diagnosis, recalibration and load testing to verify operational integrity after repairs.
• Document all service and repairs, maintain service logs and provide detailed reports to reporting manager in defined format.
• Rectifier / power supply cards repair knowledge preferred
• Good Soldering and DE soldering experience required for a minimum of one year, preference will be given if having IPC Certification for Soldering.
• Knowledge of circuit diagram understanding for troubleshooting of different products.
• Jigs Testing knowledge of Rectifiers and Quality repair output.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of rectifiers, power Electronics AC-DC and DC-DC Conversion principles.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and service Manuals.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and handling ESD sensitive components.
• Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
