Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / manufacturing/ Aeronautical
Experience - 3-5 yrs exp.
Knowledge and experience in Rolls-Royce MRO processes. (Engine Overhaul and Component Repair)
Knowledge on Fixture/ tooling design
Good understanding of manufacturing and inspection tools and processes
Knowledge of GD&T, tool/fixture design and applications in MRO.
Good communication skills
Good in excel, PowerPoint and word documentation
Technical Instruction creation experience
Knowledge of FAIR processes
Awareness of Rolls-Royce Engine Manual and Repair Schemes, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins.
Application of engine manuals and Cleaning and inspection chapter, Special Process Manuals and Overhaul process.
