Position: Production Supervisor – Furniture Manufacturing Location: Indore (Scheme 78 / Nearby Industrial Area) Company: Rentbuddy – A growing brand in DIY modular furniture & rentals Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Supervise daily furniture production operations (cutting, welding, assembly, finishing). Raw Material Handling: Track inventory of wood, boards, iron, screws, adhesives, and ensure timely procurement. Costing & Profit Analysis: Calculate cost per unit for each SKU. Track expenses and suggest cost-saving measures. Analyze profit margins and production efficiency. Reporting: Daily reporting to founder (production output, staff hours, wastage). Maintain Excel/Google Sheets logs for production & materials. Team Coordination: Manage carpenters, helpers, welders. Ensure quality standards and timely order completion. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, wastage, or delays and implement solutions. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years experience in furniture or modular manufacturing. Knowledge of raw materials (MDF, particle board, iron, fittings). Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong leadership & problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a startup environment and handle multi-tasking. Role Overview:We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative who can handle both inbound/outbound customer calls and contribute actively to our rental sales. You’ll be the voice of Rentbuddy—helping customers with their rental needs, resolving queries, and guiding them through our offerings to close successful sales. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Make outbound calls to leads and follow-ups to convert inquiries into rentals. Explain product offerings, pricing, and rental terms clearly and convincingly. Maintain CRM records with customer interaction details and lead status. Provide post-sale customer support and coordinate with the operations team. Assist in resolving rental-related issues professionally and promptly. Requirements:Proven experience in customer service or sales calling (preferably in e-commerce, rentals, or service industries). Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, and basic computer/CRM tools. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and stay organized. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude. Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Tally & Odoo Location: Indore Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and managing accounts payable/receivable, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily accounting records in Tally and Odoo. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including preparing and sending invoices. Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and UPI transactions. Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy. Track and follow up on overdue payments. Process vendor bills and employee reimbursements. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Generate financial reports from Odoo and Tally as required. Coordinate with the finance team for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Ensure smooth integration and data sync between Tally and Odoo where applicable. Support management in audits and financial reviews. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Odoo ERP accounting modules. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting principles. Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in reconciling online payment platforms like Razorpay, Paytm, etc. Ability to work with automation tools in Odoo for invoices and reminders. Prior experience in rental or subscription-based business accounting will be a plus.
