Renewals Lead

Role Overview: As the Retention Business Owner, you will oversee the end-to-end business operations related to Retention. Your primary duty will involve boosting retention rates across various channels. You will utilize research and data analysis to make strategic decisions and drive initiatives. Additionally, you will generate and share reports/MIS by collaborating with Tech/Non-Tech, Marketing, Actuarial departments to propose product and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize data-driven insights for identifying business growth opportunities. - Identify and address system gaps with effective solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for devising and executing long-term fixes. - Lead efforts to enhance and streamline renewal-related processes. - Manage and execute new projects based on business needs. - Ensure timely project completion by coordinating with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with basic insurance principles and concepts. - Outstanding people management skills. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
