Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Call and email existing customers to remind and confirm ANSYS product renewals. - Visit customer locations to maintain key relationships. - Maintain accurate renewal data in the CRM system. - Coordinate with the Sales team to address customer queries. - Share quotations and follow up until renewal closure. - Maintain a high customer satisfaction score through excellent service. - Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Graduate in Engineering / Science / Business / Any discipline. - 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales (Software/SaaS preferred). - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is a plus). - Basic understanding of software licensing and subscription models. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho or similar) preferred. - Organized, target-oriented, and customer-focused.,
