Telecalling Executive (Remote) – Malayalam | Alappuzha, Kerala Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Remote (Candidates from Alappuzha preferred) Language Requirement: Malayalam (Fluent) Job Description: We are looking for a confident and dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact retail customers, introduce our products/services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our field team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to retail customers Provide a clear and professional introduction about the company and products Understand customer needs and share relevant information Schedule appointments for Customer Relationship Executives Maintain call logs and update CRM Follow communication scripts and company guidelines Achieve daily/weekly call and appointment targets Requirements: Must be fluent in Malayalam Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic smartphone/computer handling skills Ability to work independently from home Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is an added advantage Working Type: Remote – Work from home Salary: Performance-based + incentives (details will be discussed during the interview) Suitable for individuals who enjoy communication and want to grow with a fast-moving organization.
