Remote Attorney - With California License

We are seeking a California-licensed attorney to represent our company in collection matters involving individuals and small businesses. The role focuses primarily on reviewing documents, filing cases, representing the company in California courts, and developing effective collection strategies while working from anywhere.

You’ll be supported by an internal team that handles all administrative and paperwork-related tasks, allowing you to focus on legal analysis, filings, and client representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review collection case files and related documentation.
• File and represent the company in California courts as Plaintiff’s counsel.
• Provide legal guidance and strategy on collection actions.
• Communicate with the internal team for case coordination and updates.
• Ensure compliance with California laws and procedural requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be an active member of the California State Bar (in good standing).
• Experience in collections, civil litigation, or creditor representation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work remotely and independently with flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
