About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to support our event management operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth back-end functioning for successful event execution. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases. Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and official documentation. Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, and other event-related paperwork. Assist in vendor management – collecting quotations, follow-ups, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth communication. Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars. Manage inventory records of event materials and office supplies. Provide administrative support during pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups. Handle basic financial data entry, billing, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of data. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during event seasons. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of event management processes.
