DEAR CUSTOMER, RBL SURER CARD IS A ROBBERY CARD THEY CHARGE WITHOUT OUR CONCERN .. LIKE CASH ADVANCE ON ONLINE TRANSACTION. OVER LIMIT CHARGES. WITH OUT ANY NEED AND NECESSARY.. I WITHOUT DOUBT NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GETINTO RBL SUPER CARD.. VERY BAD SERVICE.. THANK YOU

Very bad ....I speak to the one lady on the phone ,not at all professional ,before I complete my conversation she just put down the phone ...very very very bad customer service ....I will advice try not to go for RBL dwarakanagar Visakhapatnam .....

No wonder this branch has such poor rating. Not the service you expect from private banks like this. Untrained and unprofessional. Avoid if you can .
