its worst bank ever they doesn't even have any one to solve the problem with which the customer appears and they are not even replying to people properly . any issue raised they say to clarify by contacting customer care. they are the worst service ever. this bank and branch are just unfit for banking

Worst customer service, Worst Bank . Customer care very poor. They don't respond to our queries. When email is sent for closure they say that a executive will contact you for cancellation and he will raise a request and another executive will call and the process never ends. Totally waste.

Rbl bank so wroest I paid emi on 1st April he collected amt on 8th April 2020, so you paid late and he collecting late fees 1000/- I'm not satisfying this rbl bank and I'm not recommend to anyone friends.i wrote mail on rbl bank he can't reply.
