its worst bank ever they doesn't even have any one to solve the problem with which the customer appears and they are not even replying to people properly . any issue raised they say to clarify by contacting customer care. they are the worst service ever. this bank and branch are just unfit for banking

Worst customer service, Worst Bank . Customer care very poor. They don't respond to our queries. When email is sent for closure they say that a executive will contact you for cancellation and he will raise a request and another executive will call and the process never ends. Totally waste. Item

Worst bank. Without customer consent they charged membership fees 1000/- and In the name of R shield 600/-. Totally fraud bank. Please don't take credit card or open saving account in this bank.

Rbl bank so wroest I paid emi on 1st April he collected amt on 8th April 2020, so you paid late and he collecting late fees 1000/- I'm not satisfying this rbl bank and I'm not recommend to anyone friends.i wrote mail on rbl bank he can't reply.

Worse bank never connecting to customercare ... Issued credit card saying no charges, no rent, no processing fees etc but charging extra for all transactions and charging yearly fees with GST

Worst customer experience…. Staff don’t even try to resolve customer’s issue and always try to get away giving sone random time scales… facing issue from the last 10 days
