Never buy any policy from RNLIC, its nightmare experience to continue your policies. Their call center executives will call you everyday to pay the premium and behave as if you have taken a loan from them. Worst insurance company and i am saying this after 20 years association with them.

Worst experience I ever had in my life when I walked in to get my excess premium payment refunded. Pathetic staff who are so ignorant of their job responsibilities, they made me call the customer care from the branch who finally helped me resolve my concern !

Worst experience with the branch I had never faced in my life. Proper working phone numbers are not there in any google search. Customer support experience is also very bad, they are not providing proper information about the branch.

Desk people are not knowledgeable. They don't intend to help. They are in their own world. No empathy towards claimants who lost a family member.

I don't know how this branch is operating. They never have there printer working. Won't accept payment by cheque. Most of time the site for payment of policy term is down. I don't know what area manager and branch manager are doing.management is really bad will try to avoid this branch in future.
