Your role involves developing robust analysis to determine the reliability of assets, components, equipment, and processes as part of JLL's enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program. A core aspect of your responsibilities includes validating asset data through physical inspections or review of the asset list to continually enhance maintenance programs and meet performance measures. You will collaborate with clients to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations, following the life cycle asset management (LCAM) process. This will involve participating in the development of design specifications, commissioning plans, RAM modeling, and simulation. Additionally, you will contribute to the evaluation of equipment suppliers and maintenance service providers, develop acceptance tests, and participate in the final check-out of new installations. Your role will also entail defining, designing, and monitoring asset maintenance plans that incorporate value-added Predictive Maintenance tasks and non-destructive testing methodologies. You will work towards identifying and resolving reliability issues affecting plant operations by applying various data analysis techniques such as statistical process control, fault tree analysis, Six Sigma methodology, and root cause analysis. Moreover, you will analyze asset performance metrics like asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness, and remaining useful life while providing technical support to production and maintenance management. Your expertise in RAM modeling using Aspentech Fidelis, industrial maintenance, predictive analytics, and IoT will be crucial in implementing predictive maintenance strategies successfully across various industries. To qualify for this role, you should have over 10 years of hands-on experience in RAM modeling and hold certifications such as CMRP, CRE, ARPE, or CRL. A strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and familiarity with maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance technologies are essential. A degree in Mechanical or engineering field is required, along with knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in maintenance practices. If you are passionate about leveraging predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability and performance, and possess the necessary technical skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position as a Reliability Consultant.,
