Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your role involves managing end-to-end project management for a single project with a total contract value (TCV) of up to 500K. You are responsible for delivering the agreed scope within the specified timeline and cost, thereby ensuring the success and meeting the acceptance criteria of the project to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify key stakeholders and establish positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Maintain regular communication with customers to address their needs and empathize with their environment - Define project activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills requirements, interfaces, and budget - Anticipate and manage risks by applying suitable risk management strategies and developing contingency plans - Implement governance models for similar projects and track/report project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Provide individual and team mentoring to ensure high levels of team engagement and capability development - Adopt and implement software engineering best practices that can be leveraged by other teams Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, track project progress, and deliver projects on time and within budget - Experience in software delivery methodologies and team mentoring - Knowledge of scope management, estimation, resource planning, schedule management, risk/issue management, stakeholder management, test and defect management, governance, domain/industry knowledge, technology concepts, profitability management, pricing models, knowledge management, account management processes, solution structuring, self-development, organizational initiatives, and team development Additional Company Details (if available): The company also requires a Cutover Manager for specific activities related to creating and maintaining cutover plans, managing relationships between teams, planning and executing cutover activities, leading release readiness reviews, coordinating Go-Live activities, and possessing skills in release management, release planning, release strategy, and release train coordination. Tech skills required include knowledge in Planning, Jira, Collaboration tools like MS Teams and Confluence, Service Now, Analysis in Excel, Portfolio Management, Reporting in Power BI, and experience working with extensive technical architectures such as SAP.
