Relationship Officer (RO/RM)

As a Telecaller at Dailygong by MSE Financial Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in meeting clients and assisting them in opening Demat & Trading accounts, providing investment advice in the stock market, and ensuring they are well-informed about market conditions to maximize their profits. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on Equity & Derivatives Market investments, nurturing client relationships, expanding the client base, facilitating Demat & Trading account openings, conducting online training sessions, delivering personalized services in both Equity and commodity markets, providing daily market updates, and ensuring clients are informed through Mobile App and website updates. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers, offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, with a preference for 1 year of customer service experience and proficiency in English.
