Job Title: Relationship Officer (MSME Loans / LAP / Housing Loans)

Salary:19,000-23,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, experienced, and target-driven Relationship Officers to join our Assets/Sales lending business. In this role, you will specialize in sourcing quality customers for MSME Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Housing Loans through direct market acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Sourcing & Business Generation: Source quality customers through direct market sourcing and achieve assigned business targets.
• Needs Assessment: Identify potential customers, understand their financial and lending requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
• Loan Processing & Documentation: Conduct customer visits, collect, verify, and submit required applicant documents, and coordinate smoothly with internal processing teams.
• Compliance & Terms Explanation: Clearly explain loan terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to clients while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and credit guidelines.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships, resolve queries, monitor loan utilization, and support recovery efforts to maintain credit discipline.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records and submit timely business reports to the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
