Relationship Manager Maruti Suzuki

Maruti Suzuki - Firozepur Dealership is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team. If you’re passionate about automobiles, have strong communication skills, and enjoy building client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer experience from inquiry to delivery

• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models

• Coordinate with the finance, accessories, and service departments

• Meet monthly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Experience in Automobile Sales or Customer Service preferred

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

• Firozpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Automotive Sales: 1 year (Required)

• English (Preferred)
