Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to source MSE LAP business from direct sourcing & connector channel.

• Responsible for empanelling connectors and engaging with them regularly for business.

• Responsible for BTL activities to generate leads.

• Lead follow-up for conversion.

• Coordination with credit team/ customers to achieve business targets.

• Responsible for full-filling the MSE LAP files right from sourcing till disbursements and

also PDD collection.

• Responsible for delinquency management.

• Process compliance.

• Cross selling third party products.
