As the primary client-facing point for existing and prospective NBFC customers, your role involves understanding their financial needs, offering suitable credit or investment products, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. By acquiring, servicing, and expanding client relationships, you will contribute to portfolio growth, revenue targets, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include structuring and proposing loan/credit solutions, cross-selling to meet sales targets, conducting credit assessment, coordinating due diligence, resolving client issues, and reporting performance.
