As the primary client-facing point for existing and prospective NBFC customers, your role involves understanding their financial needs, offering suitable credit or investment products, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. By acquiring, servicing, and expanding client relationships, you will contribute to portfolio growth, revenue targets, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include structuring and proposing loan/credit solutions, cross-selling to meet sales targets, conducting credit assessment, coordinating due diligence, resolving client issues, and reporting performance. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire, service, and expand client relationships - Structure and propose loan/credit solutions - Cross-sell and meet sales targets - Conduct credit assessment and coordinate due diligence - Resolve client issues and report performance Qualifications Required: - Sales, negotiation, relationship-building skills - Financial analysis, credit evaluation expertise - Regulatory compliance awareness - CRM & MIS proficiency Additionally, you should possess the following attributes: - High drive, resilience under pressure, result-oriented mindset - Networking with local partners/distributors - Customer-first approach Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.,
