Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for achieving sales revenue and growth targets for Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP Cross Sell Products etc. Responsible for recruiting all sales vendors (External Channels like DSA/Connectors etc). Responsible for hiring and training to all Sales Staff (DSA Employees/Connectors on bank product policy norms etc.) Responsible for managing existing and new DSA to source BL/PL/LAP files Responsible for coordinating with credit, Ops. RIC and the collection team are responsible for support functions and maintaining a healthy portfolio. Responsible for adding alternate channels to increase quality sourcing. Responsible to follow all compliance and statutory norms strictly as per given guidelines and standard processes Preferred candidate profile He or she must hold more than 5 years of experience in the same field.
