Job Description

Relationship Manager - GL South East
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Young and dynamic experienced candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans who are passionate about building their career in the Gold Loans domain. Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge in MS Office. Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities

Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase Gold Loan business

Revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection

Gold Loans appraisal

Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize business value

Customer relationship and follow-up

Maintenance of important registers and daily reports

Cash management and accounting

Direct marketing of cross-selling products, such as insurance, at branches

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory

Experience in canvassing and sourcing new customers

Proven ability in revenue generation through cross-selling and interest collection

Experience in gold loan appraisal

Ability to maintain client relationships and follow up effectively

Experience in maintaining registers, preparing daily reports, and managing cash/accounts

Exposure to direct marketing and cross-selling of financial products
