Job Description

Relationship Manager - GL South East

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Young and dynamic experienced candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans and who are passionate about building their career in the gold loans domain are encouraged to apply. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities

Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase Gold Loan business.
Revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection.
Gold loan appraisal.
Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize the value of those relationships.
Customer relationship and follow-up, maintenance of important registers and daily reports, cash management, and accounting.
Direct marketing of cross-selling products at branches, including insurance products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.
Experience in canvassing and sourcing new customers for Gold Loan business.
Experience in revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection.
Ability to appraise Gold Loans and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in customer relationship management, daily reporting, cash management, and accounting.
