KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
- Explain subscription plans, pricing, and service benefits.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Graduates from any discipline can apply.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
