Specific Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers for approximately 3 to 4 hours every day as part of a voice-based sales process.

Own end-to-end sales conversion understand customer requirements, pitch NoBrokers property and service offerings, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Build trust and rapport with leads, negotiate effectively, and provide regular follow-ups until conversion.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools and adhere to company sales processes.

Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets to maximize performance-based incentives.

Educational & Skill-Set Qualifiers

Education:

Graduation, 12th, or 10th qualified. Should not be currently pursuing any full-time, part-time, online, or distance-learning course.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, target-driven mindset, and good interpersonal skills.

Languages: English mandatory; Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Marathi preferred.

Technical skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort using CRM/calling tools.

Work schedule: 6-day working week Saturday and Sunday are working days, with one rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Leave policy: Leaves are generally not approved during the first three months of joining, except in case of emergencies.

Age: 18 - 30
