Specific Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers for approximately 3 to 4 hours every day as part of a voice-based sales process.
• Own end-to-end sales conversion understand customer requirements, pitch NoBrokers property and service offerings, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build trust and rapport with leads, negotiate effectively, and provide regular follow-ups until conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools and adhere to company sales processes.
• Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets to maximize performance-based incentives.

Educational & Skill-Set Qualifiers
