Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Core responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams. The role will also involve preparing client proposals, handling negotiations, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects.

• Solid understanding of Web, Blockchain, and AI technologies
• Project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in preparing client proposals and delivering presentations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in working with startups, small-to-medium-sized businesses, or technology-driven industries is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is beneficial
