Relationship manager-Agency channel

As a Relationship Manager (Agency Channel) at InsuranceDekho, you will play a crucial role in expanding the network of insurance partners (POSPs) and driving insurance penetration in the assigned region. You will be at the forefront of InsuranceDekho's mission to insure every Indian. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard new Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) under the agency model. - Train, mentor, and activate POSPs to sell insurance policies digitally. - Monitor daily performance, provide sales support, and ensure achievement of targets. - Maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement. - Promote InsuranceDekho's tech tools and features to enhance agent productivity. - Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). - Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or related). - Skills: Excellent communication, relationship management, and a drive to achieve goals. - Smartphone & 2-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
