About the job: Key responsibilities: A. Primary responsibility: 1. Manage and maintain brand profiles and product listings on the online Material Library platform. 2. Build and nurture strong relationships with onboarded brands to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement. 3. Initiate and manage the renewal process for annual catalogue library subscriptions. 4. Proactively pitch and promote additional Knowledge Center services to existing partner brands. 5. Regularly audit and update catalogue/sample data for accuracy, relevance, or deletion as needed. B. Secondary responsibilities:- 1. Support the onboarding team in onboarding new brands to the website and digital platform. 2. Assist in physical library setup and Odoo software integration for new brand entries. 3. Engage with visiting architects, designers, and brand clients, understand their requirements, collect feedback, and help provide relevant solutions.
